Joan Has Joined the Group
Long time knitter, designer Joan Hamer has joined our little group, and Joan will be working on the Southwest goes Uptown coat after the holidays.
I've added a list of participants (all four of us!) and everyone's blog links to the left. All of us have Admin function, so feel free to be creative. This is OUR blog!

Uptown Yarn Requirement
I'll be knitting Southwest Goes Uptown by Lily Chin published in Knitters Magazine Fall 1999. Here is the yarn requirement from the pattern:
Brown Sheep Lamb's Pride Worsted (4oz, 190yd)
In the order of Small, Medium and Large
A. Main color: 6, 6, 7 balls
B. 2, 2, 2 balls
C. 1, 1, 2 balls,
D. 1, 1, 1 balls
I'll be using this stash of Paton's Classic Wool with blue as main color, and others thrown in.
